A PRINCIPE REAL & SAO BENTO
The yoga class is divided into three sequences: an opening of the body , a progression in the intensity of the postures and then a regeneration at the end of the practice, which allows this yoga to be both physical and relaxing .
Each week of the month a family of postures is highlighted, we open with standing postures , then forward postures , then backward postures, followed by twists and finally pranayama (breathing).
The courses are in French and accessible to all levels.
